Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. Our festival accessories are uniquely designed and handmade by global artisans. Our customized jewelry pieces are handmade in NYC. Every piece showcased has the true item description listed. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to assist.
Payment: We accept credit card and online payments, including American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Your account will be charged at the time of your order. If we are not able to fulfill your request, your account will be issued a refund.
Returns: If for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations simply return it. Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Note: Ornate Reverie sale items are final and not eligible for return.
To request a refund, email info@ornatereverie.com, at which time we will assign you a tracking number and provide detailed mailing instructions.
Your item must be in its original packaging with the original tag, if applicable. It must also include a signed letter stating the reason for your return, with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping: You will be solely responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable; and will be automatically deducted from returns.
Refunds: Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and provide a status update via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card account (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
